Simple Chapstick Keychain Pattern


Stitches Used:
chain (ch)
single crochet (sc)
slip stitch (sl st)
Create a magic ring.
Alternatively, make a slip knot, ch 2, and work round 1 into the second chain from the hook.
Round 1: sc 5 into magic ring. pull the tail tightly to close. [5]
Round 2: *inc* in every stitch around. [10]
work over the tail to secure it.
Rounds 3-12: *sc in each st around* [10 sts each rounds = 100 sts]
work 100 sc in the round, or continue until the holder reaches your desired height.
Keyring Attachment:
chain 3 or 4 (your choice), attach the keyring by inserting the bottom into the ring and moving it upwards. slip stitch into the next stitch to secure.
Alternatively, chain directly into the keyring for added stability.
Fasten off and weave in the end.
