Simple Chapstick Keychain Pattern

Stitches Used:

• chain (ch)

• single crochet (sc)

• slip stitch (sl st)

Create a magic ring.

• Alternatively, make a slip knot, ch 2, and work round 1 into the second chain from the hook.

Round 1: sc 5 into magic ring. pull the tail tightly to close. [5]

Round 2: *inc* in every stitch around. [10]

• work over the tail to secure it.

Rounds 3-12: *sc in each st around* [10 sts each rounds = 100 sts]

• work 100 sc in the round, or continue until the holder reaches your desired height.

Keyring Attachment:

• chain 3 or 4 (your choice), attach the keyring by inserting the bottom into the ring and moving it upwards. slip stitch into the next stitch to secure.

• Alternatively, chain directly into the keyring for added stability.

• Fasten off and weave in the end.
